摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备了TiC/Cu复合材料,研究不同TiC含量对TiC/Cu复合材料组织与拉伸性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等对样品的表面形貌和拉伸断口形貌进行分析。结果表明,TiC与基体结合紧密且在基体中分布均匀;随着增强相TiC含量的增加,TiC/Cu复合材料的抗拉强度先增大后降低;TiC的加入明显阻碍了基体晶粒长大;当TiC质量分数为2%时,强化效果较好,TiC/Cu复合材料的塑性较好。
TiC/Cu composite was prepared by powder metallurgy,the influence of different TiC content on microstructure and tensile properties of the composite was investigated,and its surface morphology and tensile fracture morphology were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and metallographic microscope.The results show that TiC particles is tightly bonded to the substrate and distributed evenly in the substrate.The tensile strength of the composite increases at first and then decreases with TiC content increasing.TiC addition remarkably hinders the growth of matrix grains.When TiC content is 2%,its reinforcement effect is obvious and the plasticity of the composite is high.
