摘要
为实现合成氨装置和硝铵装置的节能降耗,对两大装置的气氨系统特性进行了分析,找出了差异,提出了节能优化的新工艺。新工艺技术的关键是采用小压比压缩机,将合成氨装置氨制冷系统中的部分气氨,经小压比压缩机压缩后,直接送至硝铵装置,减轻了氨制冷系统中冰机的负荷和能耗,使两大系统间的协同节能优势效应充分体现。新工艺在20万t/a的硝铵装置上实施,可实现年节约标煤1.22万t。
In order to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction of ammonia unit and ammonium nitrate unit, the features of gaseous ammonia system in ammonia unit and ammonium nitrate unit were analyzed, the differences were identified, and new energy conservation process was put forward. The key of the new process technology was to adopt the compressor with small compression ratio, and part of gaseous ammonia of ammonia refrigeration system in the ammonia unit to ammonium nitrate unit directly after compressing by the compressor with small compression ratio. By applying the new process,the load and energy consumption of the cooling machine in the ammonia refrigeration system was reduced and the energy conservation advantage of synergy between two systems was fully reflected. The new process was realized in the 200 000 t/a ammonium nitrate unit, and the result showed that 12.2 ktce/a was saved.
