煤焦油深加工装置沥青系统的改造与运行

摘要 针对煤焦油加工装置沥青系统存在的沥青软化点偏低、沥青换热器换热效果差、沥青采出管和沥青高位放料槽堵塞等问题进行了原因分析,并以兖矿科蓝煤焦化有限公司的装置为例,介绍了其在沥青系统的技改措施和操作要求,技改后的沥青系统堵塞现象大大减少,沥青换热器换热效果明显,降低了能耗,减少了环境污染。 Taking the unit of Yankuang Kelan Coal Coking Co., Ltd. as an example, reasons of the lower pitch softening point, poor heat exchange efficiency of pitch heat exchanger and the blockage of pitch collecting pipe and pitch elevated discharge chute in the coal tar processing unit were analyzed. And technical revamping measures and operation requirement in the pitch system were introduced. Less blockage in the pitch system, high heat exchange efficiency of pitch heat exchanger, less environmental pollution and lower energy consumption had been obtained after the technical revamping.
