Selection of Air Separation Technology in the Coal Chemical Industry Project

空分是煤化工项目氧气及氮气的供给装置,介绍了其在煤化工领域的应用。现代煤化工项目配套空分装置具有规模大、产品规格多、产品压力高等技术特点。针对固定床、流化床及气流床等不同煤气化工艺,举例阐述了煤化工项目配套空气循环内压缩、空气循环外压缩及氮气循环内压缩等不同空分工艺流程及设备的技术特点,并介绍了关键配套部机的选择。

Air separation was a supply device which supplied oxygen and nitrogen in the coal chemical industry project,and its application in coal chemical industry was introduced. Coal chemical industry projects supplied with air separation device had such technical features as large scale, multiple product specifications, high product pressure and so on. To different coal gasification processes, e.g. fixed bed, fluidized bed and entrained-flow, examples were given for different air separation processes and equipment technical characteristics in the coal chemical industry project supplied with air circulation internal compressing, air circulation external compressing and nitrogen circulation internal compressing, and the selection of the key supporting machine was also introduced.
