摘要 目的 :借助中医传承辅助平台挖掘丁元庆辨治瘀热不寐的用药规律。方法 :共收集丁元庆治疗瘀热不寐处方512首,应用关联规则等无监督数据分析方法总结处方中核心用药以及配伍规律,并予以辨证分析。结果:512首处方中涉及中药214种,使用频次高于50的有30味药,前6位分别是丹参、郁金、夏枯草、酸枣仁、珍珠母、淡竹叶。挖掘出30个核心组合(主要为丹参-郁金、夏枯草-郁金-丹参、丹参-珍珠母、郁金-川贝母等)和14组药队(包括炒黄柏-天冬-炒知母-枸杞子、龟甲-鳖甲-麦芽-槟榔-太子参等)。结论:丁元庆治疗瘀热不寐以活血化瘀、开郁清热、宁心通脉、安养心神为主。 Objective:To analyze DING Yuanqing's prescription rules in treating insomnia of blood stasis and heat type by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance auxiliary mining platform. Methods :Total512 prescriptions were collected,the core herbs and the compatibility law were summarized by using the unsupervised data analysis method such as association rules to explain the results. Results :Total 214 herbs were involved in the 512 prescriptions. For frequency≥50,there were 30 herbs,including:Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen),radix curcumae(Yujin),prunella vulgaris(Xiakucao),semen zizyphi spinosae(Suanzaoren),mother of pearl(Zhenzhumu),lophatherum gracile(Danzhuye). Total 30 core combinations [including salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen)- radix curcumae(Yujin),prunella vulgaris(Xiakucao)- radix curcumae(Yujin)- salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen),etc.] and 14 new herbal teams [including fried phellodendron(Huangbo)- radix asparagi(Tiandong)- fried anemarrhena(Chaozhimu)- fruit of Chinese wolfberry(Gouqizi),tortoise(Guijia)- turtle shell(Biejia)-malt(Maiya)- betel nut(Binglang)- radix pseudostellariae(Taizishen),etc. ] were mined from the database.Conclusion:DING Yuanqing treated the insomnia of blood stasis and heat type mainly by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,reducing stagnated heat,calming the heart and activating pulse beat and tranquilizing the mind.
