摘要
目的医务青年是医院可持续发展的主力军,是医院医、教、研、管各项工作持续创新的重要保障,稳定的医务青年队伍是医院发展的迫切需求,因此了解医务青年离职现状,找出影响医务青年职业稳定性的主要因素,为医院制定干预措施提供对策具有现实意义。方法文献研究、问卷调查、现场访谈。结果与结论影响医务青年职业稳定性的主要因素包括薪酬待遇、职业发展、工作环境。
Objective Young medical staff are the main force for the sustainable development of the hospital, and they play an important role in promoting the continuous innovation for the hospital medicine, teaching, re- search, and management. The stable medical youth team meets the urgent needs of hospital development, so to un- derstand the reasons for the medical youth to quit the jobs, find out main factors which influence their career stabili- ty and provide countermeasures have a realistic significance. Methods Literature research, questionnaire survey, and field interviews were used for the study. Results and Conclusion Main factors affecting the career stability of young medical staff include salary, career development and working environment.
