无菌技术引入大学生临床技能培训的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的培养临床大学生无菌操作意识,树立无菌观念,以此促进临床技能竞赛选手的标准化、规范化训练。方法分析临床技能竞赛中涉及无菌技术的项目,应用案例讲解让学员了解无菌技术的重要性,从无菌意识的形成到无菌操作的养成实施专项教学,培养大学生树立"全程无菌"的操作意识,在实训中将该理念融入竞赛项目。结果将参加临床技能竞赛的学员随机分为实验组与对照组,每组40人,对两组学员的培训效果和考核成绩进行统计学分析,t检验结果显示,实验组学员成绩为(92.15±7.23)分;对照组为(80.76±11.32)分,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论无菌技术专项训练,显著提高大学生技能竞赛的培训效果。 Objective To develop sterile concept for clinical undergraduates and set up the aseptic concept, thus promoting the standardization and normalization of clinical skills competition for college students. Methods To analyze the application of sterile technology in clinical skills competition, teach sterile technology by help- ing students to fully understand the importance of aseptic technique with clinical cases and to cultivate the aware- ness of completely aseptic operation. Results The college students who took part in clinical skills competition were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in recent years with 40 people in each group. The ex- amination scores were 92.15 ± 7.23 in the experimental group and 80.76 ± 11.32 in the control group. Examina- tion scores were analyzed with t test, and the examination scores in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Special training of aseptic technique could improve the training effect in clinical skills competition of college students.
