雌二醇屈螺酮与替勃龙对女性绝经后症状的临床疗效对比分析

Clinical efficacy of Angeliq and tibolone on post-menopausal symptoms

目的:对比分析雌二醇屈螺酮和替勃龙用于治疗女性绝经后相关症状的疗效。方法:将所收集到的所有患者按照随机数表的方法分成观察组和对照组,分别对其使用雌二醇屈螺酮和替勃龙两种药物,治疗结束后对所有患者进行为期1个月的追踪随访,在研究开始前、治疗后和治疗后1个月分别对其症状严重程度、血脂以及血清性激素水平进行检测。结果:对照组治疗后和治疗后1个月这两个时间点的Kupperman评分高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组治疗结束之后和结束之后1个月的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度蛋白等指标低于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白则高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后和治疗后1个月的雌激素高于对照组同一时间点的数据(P<0.05),而促卵泡素和黄体生成素则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与替勃龙对比,雌二醇屈螺酮对于治疗女性绝经后症状的疗效更为显著,值得在临床上得到大量的推广。

Objectives： To compare the effects of angeliq and tibolone on related symptoms of postmenopausal women. Methods： All the patients collected were randomly divided into observation group and control group and were given angeliq and tibolone accordingly. All the patients were followed up for a month after treatment. The severity of the symptoms,blood lipids and serum sex hormone levels were detected before,right after and a month after the treatment. Results： The Kupperman scores of control group right after and a month after treatment were higher than these of the observation group（ P 〈0. 05）. Indicators including total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density protein of the observation group were lower than these of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,but the high density lipoprotein was higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The estrogen of observation group right after and a month after treatment was higher than that of the control group,but the follicle- stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were higher than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with tibolone,angeliq is more effective in treating female postmenopausal symptoms,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
