摘要
目的建立阳离子色谱法检验血液透析及相关治疗用水中锂、钠、铵、钾、镁、钙6种阳离子的检测技术。方法采用离子色谱法,阳离子分析柱CS12A,以20 mmol/L甲基磺酸作为淋洗液,电导检测器检测,流速为1.0ml/min。结果在0.02~10 mg/L浓度范围内具有很好的线性,相关系数r>0.999。RSD<6.24%,回收率为98.37%~110.50%。锂、钠、铵、钾、镁、钙阳离子的检出限分别为0.005、0.03、0.04、0.03、0.05、0.04 mg/L。结论该方法简便省时,准确度、精密度良好,能满足血液透析及相关治疗用水的检测要求。
Objective To develop a method for determination of lithium,sodium,ammonium,potassium,magnesium calcium cations in water for haemodialysis and related therapies by ion chromatography. Methods Ion chromatography was applied in this mehod,6 ions were separated by CS12 A separation column with eluent containing 20 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. Results Linear curve was obtained in the range of 0. 02-10. 00 mg/L with a correlation coefficient more than 0. 999. RSD of these 6 ions was less than 6. 24%. The labeled recovery yields were around 98. 3% to 103. 67%. The detection limit of lithium,sodium,ammonium,potassium,magnesium,calcium cations were 0. 005,0. 03,0. 04,0. 03,0. 05,0. 04 mg/L respectively. Conclusion The method enables rapid,accurate and sensitive analysis for water for haemodialysis and related therapies.
