动车组霍尔速度传感器安装间隙的测量,是电务段自动控制系统(ATP)车载设备车间周期性检修以及故障修必不可少的作业内容。研制动车组霍尔速度传感器安装间隙测量仪,克服传统测量方法测量霍尔速度传感器安装间隙测量的不足。介绍间隙测量仪的结构、测量步骤,结合ATP运用修、故障修和高级修的实际情况,说明间隙测量仪具有良好的现场应用性,并提出了间隙测量仪的计量管理要求。

The mounting clearance measurement of EMU-specific Hall speed sensors,is a inevitable job during pe-riodic overhaul and breakdown maintenance of the ATP（Automatic Control System） On-Board Equipment Work-shop in the communication and signaling section. By developing the mounting clearance measuring apparatus ofEMU-specific Hall speed sensors,it can overcome deficiencies in measuring the mounting clearance in Hall sensorswhen adopting a traditional measuring technique. The article introduces the structure and measurement procedures ofthe clearance measuring apparatus,in combination of the actual situation of ATP service maintenance,breakdownmaintenance and advanced maintenance,the articles specifies the good field applicability of the clearance measur-ing apparatus and puts forward the measuring management requirement for the apparatus.
