This is the first year of the national ＂Thirteenth Five-Year Plan＂, a critical period for transformation, upgrading and rapid development. In the future, the hospital wilt forge ahead against all the challenges, grasp the chance when there are opportunities available, develop through innovation. Hospital, as an important part of the medicine and health system, needs to take the lead in making strategic adjustment for the development of hospitals based on the national ＂Thirteenth Five-Year Plan＂ and lay a solid foundation through good implementation of the sustainable development of the hospital. This paper expounds the key issues from the view of its significance, main idea, goal vision and implementation path of the preparation and implementation of the ＂Thirteenth Five-Year Plan＂ of the hospital, so as to provide reference for everyone.
