摘要
目的探讨改革培训模式在提高儿科护士软技能中的应用效果。方法选取我院56名护士为研究对象,自2015年1月起对原有的培训模式进行改革,从知识、信念、行为三个方面实施培养路径,比较改变培训模式后护士软技能以及患儿家属满意度的变化。结果培训后,护士组织管理技能、职业情操、自我管理技能、认知技能等方面的评分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿家属在主动服务意识、技术熟练、有奉献精神、沟通能力强等方面的满意度高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对培训方式进行有效的改革能够显著提高儿科护士的软技能,改善患儿家属的满意度,符合优质护理服务的要求。
Objective To explore the effect of reform training model on improving the non-professional skills of nurses in department of pediatrics. Methods A total of 56 nurses in our hospital were included in this study. From January 2015, reform of original training model was carried out, and the training pathway included knowledge, attitude and behavior. Non-professional skills of nurses and satisfaction level of parents before and after the change of training model were compared. Results After the implementation of training reform, scores of nurses" organizational management skills, professional sentiment, self-management skills, cognitive skills and other aspects of the training were higher than those before, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). After the training reform, satisfaction level of family members in aspects of active service awareness, technical proficiency, dedication, strong communication skills and others were higher than that before, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Effective reform of training methods can significantly improve non- professional skills of nurses in department of pediatrics, improve the satisfaction level of patients" family, and meet the requirements of quality nursing service.
