保洁员手卫生依从性培训对新生儿室院内感染效果的影响

Effects of Hand Hygiene Compliance Training of Cleaning Staff on Nosocomial Infection in Neonatal Department

目的探讨保洁员手卫生依从性培训对新生儿室院内感染管理效果。方法选取本院保洁员22例,将未实施保洁员手卫生依从性培训阶段作为对照组,将实施保洁员手卫生依从性培训的阶段作为观察组,比较两组患者的手部卫生,手卫生依从性,感染控制知识掌握程度以及新生儿感染发生率。结果观察组保洁员分离培养的病原菌株数显著低于对照组;观察组保洁员在常规操作前、常规操作后、接触新生儿前、接触新生儿后以及接触新生儿体液后洗手的频次显著高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义;观察组保洁员对感染控制知识的掌握程度评分显著的高于对照组组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿感染的比例以及与保洁员相关感染的比例显著低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过保洁员手卫生依从性培训,可以有效提升保洁员手卫生依从性和感染控制知识的掌握程度,降低新生儿的感染率。

Objective To investigate the effect of hand hygiene compliance training of cleaning staff on management of hospital infection in neonatal department. Methods A total of 22 staff cleaners in our hospital were included in this study. Stage before the implementation of hand hygiene compliance training among cleaning staff was regarded as control group, while stage after the implementation of hand hygiene compliance training among cleaning staff was regarded as observation group. The results including hand hygiene of patients, hand hygiene compliance, knowledge acquisition level of infection control and incidence rate of neonatal infeetion of control group and intervention group were compared with each other. Results The number of pathogenic bacteria from patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group; cleaning staffs＂ frequency of hand washing before and after routine operation, before and after neonatal contact as well as after neonatal fluid exposure in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant; Score of infection control knowledge acquisition level of cleaning staffs in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The neonatal infection rate and cleaning staff related infection rate in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hand hygiene compliance training of cleaning staffs can effectively improve their hand hygiene compliance and knowledge acquisition level of infection control as well as can reduce the neonatal infection rate.
