子痫前期与铁代谢关系的研究进展

摘要 子痫前期的发病机理尚未完全阐明,近年来,许多研究证实炎症因子是联系子痫前期与铁代谢的关键物质。但是关于子痫前期与铁代谢具体联系的研究较少。总的来说,子痫前期妇女体内铁水平高于正常妊娠妇女,而铁调素把铁代谢与炎症反应紧密联系起来。本文将从铁代谢特点、炎症反应与铁代谢关系等方面出发,阐述铁代谢与子痫前期的相关关系。
