摘要
对具有较高廉政风险的重要岗位实行轮岗制度是防范廉政风险的一项有效措施。本文将"风险管理理论"应用到医院重要岗位轮岗制度,通过完整的"风险识别"、"风险评估"、"风险决策"和"风险监控"风险管理科学流程,实现优化轮岗岗位设计、完善轮岗程序、细化轮岗要求,进而改进对重要岗位轮岗的监督检查方法。
The rotation system of important administrative positions is an effective measure against corruption. In this study, the theory of risk management was applied to hospital important job rotation system. Through improving risk management procedure including risk identification, risk evaluation, risk decision-making and risk monitoring, the design of job rotation system was optimized, the rotation procedure was improved, rotation requirement was detailed and the inspection and supervision on important job rotation was improved.
