摘要
本文从分析文化建设的内涵、实践意义入手,分析当前医院文化建设中存在的缺乏专业管理队伍、缺乏系统性、执行力不够、创新意识不够、多元化价值观的冲击等难点问题。并针对性地提出发挥领导者作用、重视科学规划、完善规章制度、鼓励继承与创新、科学引导青年医务人员等五个方面的文化建设的对策。
This paper started with the connotation and practical significance of culture construction, before analyzing the difficulties in the construction of hospital culture, such as the lack of professional management team and systematicness, insufficient execution and innovation consciousness as well as the impact of diversified values. This paper put forward the countermeasures from five aspects, including giving full play of the leading role, paying attention to scientific planning, improving the rules and regulations, encouraging the inheritance and innovation, and scientifically guide young medical workers.
