改进信息交流对ICU患者家属疾病不确定感的影响

Effect of Improving Information Exchange on Illness Uncertainty of ICU Patients' Family Members

目的探讨信息交流对ICU患者家属疾病不确定感的影响。方法选择2016年1月至6月符合纳入标准的入住ICU患者的家属70例,按照时间顺序进行分组,每组各35例。对照组家属接受常规宣教,干预组家属在此基础上接受信息交流,使用家属疾病不确定感量表比较两组家属在患者入住ICU后和出ICU前的疾病不确定感评分。结果共64例家属完成了资料收集,干预后干预组家属疾病不确定感各维度得分均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息交流能够减轻ICU患者家属疾病不确定感。

Objective To discuss the effect of information exchange on illness uncertainty of ICU patients＇ family members. Method 70 family members of ICU patients＇ from January to June in 2016 were included in this study. They were grouped by admission date with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with regular health education while the observation group was given information exchange based on this. Illness uncertainty of both groups were measured by Mishel Uncertainty In Illness Scale-Family Member Form（ MUIS-FM） at the day of patients＇ admission into ICU and the day of discharge. Results 64 cases of family members completed the data collection. The MUIS-FM scores of the observation group were lower than the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Information exchange could reduce the illness uncertainty of ICU patients＇ family members.
