医养一体化管理对脑梗死患者康复效果的影响分析

Influence of Integrated Management of Medical Care and Nursing on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨医养一体化管理对脑梗死患者康复效果影响。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9月在我院接受治疗的脑梗死患者117例。按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组58例,对照组59例;对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予医养一体化管理模式的护理;比较两组患者的运动功能、康复效果及满意度。结果干预护理后研究组和对照组患者的运动功能评分项目中明显障碍的百分比分别为6.90%、23.73%,研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组康复效果中有效改善的百分比分别为37.93%、13.56%,研究组优于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组和对照组满意度分别为91.38%、69.49%,研究组优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论医养一体化管理可显著提高患者的康复效果,提高患者的满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the influence of integrated management of medical care and nursing on rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 117 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from September in 2015 to September in 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 58 patients were in the observation group while 59 patients were in the control group. The control group was given routine nursing while and the observation group was given integrated management mode of nursing based on this. Compared the motor function, rehabilitation effect and satisfaction of patients between two groups. Results The percentage of apparent obstacles in motor function scores of patients for the observation group and control group after nursing were 6.90% and 23.73% respectively. The observation group was lower than the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The percentage of effectively improvement in rehabilitation effect for the observation group and control group were 37.93% and 13.56% respectively. The satisfaction degree for the observation group and control group were 91.38% and 69.49% respectively. The observation group was better than the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated management of medical care and nursing can significantly improve patients＇ rehabilitation effect and patients＇ satisfaction, which is worth clinical application.
