规范化培训对ICU护士能力提升的效果分析

目的研究规范化专科能力培训对ICU护士核心能力的提升效果。方法选取2015年1月至2015年12月来自我院的60名ICU护士作为本次研究对象,观察培训前后护士核心能力评分情况、培训前后ICU护理质量缺陷及不良事件发生率、培训前后护士及患者对护理工作满意度、培训前后综合能力成绩。结果培训后,评判性思维、临床护理、领导能力、人际关系、法律、伦理实践、专业发展、教育咨询核心能力评分均优于培训前;不良事件总发生率低于培训前;培训后护士及患者对护理工作满意度均优于培训前;理论成绩、技能成绩、临床综合能力成绩均优于培训前。结论规范化专科能力培训能够提高ICU护士核心能力,效果显著,能够提高护士在工作中的能力,提高护理质量。

Objective To study the effect of standardized training of specialized ability on improving the core competence of nurses in intensive care unit（ICU）. Methods A total of 60 nurses worked in ICU of our hospital from January to December 2015 were involved in our study. Core competence score of nurses, defects of ICU nursing quality, incidence rate of adverse events, nursing satisfaction of nurses and patients, and comprehensive ability of nurses before and after training were compared with each other. Results After training, scores of critical thinking, clinical care, leadership, interpersonal relationship, law, ethical practice, professional development and core competencies of education consulting were higher than before; Incidence rate of adverse events after training was lower than before; Satisfaction level of nurses and patients was higher than before; Academic performance, skills, clinical comprehensive ability after training were better than before. Conclusion Standardized training can significantly improve the core competencies of nurses in ICU and improve ability of nurses so as to improve nursing quality.
