摘要
医务人员是特殊的职业群体,身处复杂的执业环境中,时常承受着各种巨大压力,负面消极情绪容易滋生繁衍。本文以情绪概述为起点,细致阐述了情绪分类及情绪管理的概念,分析并探讨了实施情绪管理的原因及对策,表明从医院管理层到个人须持积极态度,正确认识情绪问题,并把握好情绪管理方法,合力控制负面情绪的蔓延及可能造成的不良影响,医务人员能保持持久的工作热情,对于促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展大有裨益。
Medical staff is a special occupation group, who is in a complex practice environment and often works under great pressure, easily resulting in negative emotions breed. This paper started with mood overview, in which the concept of mood classification and mood management were elaborated. The reasons of implementing mood management and countermeasures were analyzed and discussed, which showed that both hospital administrators and individuals should take a positive attitude and have a correct understanding of mood problems. They should master mood management methods to control the spread of negative mood and adverse effects. A lasting work enthusiasm of medical workers could promote the health development of medicine and health career.
