摘要
关爱员工,尽可能满足员工需求,提升员工的满意度与归属感,是当前医院管理层需要重点关注的问题,它关乎着医院的服务质量与工作效率。本文从培训、认可、关爱与发展四个维度入手,分析员工需求与情感归属之间的关联性,找出提升归属感的相应措施,利用情感支撑形成组织合力,稳定人员队伍,为医院的长远发展夯实人力基础。
Caring employees, meeting their demands as much as possible and improving their satisfaction and sense of belonging are focal issue that hospital management needs to pay attention to. It is related to hospital service quality and work efficiency. From the dimensions of training, recognition, caring and development, this paper analyzed the relationship between employee' demand and sense of belonging and found out the corresponding measures of enhancing the sense of belonging. Forming the organization force with emotional support and stabilizing the personnel team could lay a solid human foundation for hospital long-term development.
