随访管理对学龄期儿童哮喘延续护理的效果分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨基于远程问题解决疗法的随访管理在学龄期哮喘儿童延续护理中的应用效果。方法将126例学龄期哮喘儿童按随机数字方法分为对照组(n=63)和干预组(n=63),对照组实施常规个案随访,干预组以远程问题解决疗法为指导实施延续随访,比较6个月后两组患儿哮喘控制水平、主要家庭照顾者照护反应。结果干预后,对照组、干预组患儿C-ACTA得分分别为(22.59±1.51)、(23.33±0.76)(t=3.475,P=0.001);干预后,患儿照顾者的积极照护维度得分(19.72±2.62)高于对照组(17.49±3.87,t=3.787,P=0.000),消极照护维度得分(34.22±10.73)低于对照组(42.95±9.67,t=3.149,P=0.002)。结论基于远程问题解决疗法的随访管理能够有效提高学龄期哮喘儿童哮喘控制水平,降低主要照顾者的消极照护反应并提高其积极反应,是延续护理的一种有效途径。 Objective To explore the application effect of follow-up management based on distance problem-solving therapy on continuing nursing of school-age children with asthma. Methods A total of 126 school-age children with asthma were randomly divided into the control group(n=63) and observation group(n=63). The control group was given regular case follow-up. The observation group was given follow-up under the guide of distance problem-solving therapy. Six months later, compared the asthma control and primary caregivers' response between two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of C-ACTA were(22.59±1.51) and(23.33±0.76) in the control group and observation group respectively(t=3.475, P=0.001). After intervention, the positive care dimension score of caregivers in observation group(19.72±2.62) was significantly higher than that in control group(17.49±3.87, t=3.787, P=0.000). The score of negative care dimension score of caregivers in observation group(34.22±10.73) was lower than that of the control group(42.95±9.67, t=3.149). Conclusion Follow-up management based on distance problem-solving therapy can effectively improve the asthma control of school-age children with asthma, reduce the negative care response and improve the positive response of primary caregivers, which is an effective way of continual nursing.
