中医健康教育对中心静脉置管患者自我管理能力的影响

Influence of TCM Health Education on Self-Management Ability of Patients with Central Venous Catheter

目的探究中医健康教育对中心静脉置管患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2016年3月在我院接受CVC治疗的慢性肝病患者134例,按照随机数表的方式将患者分为对照组和实验组;给予对照组患者常规健康教育;实验组患者在对照组患者护理的基础上采用中医健康教育的护理模式,观察比较两组患者的自我效能得分、护理满意度及并发症情况。结果中医健康教育4周后,实验组患者的自我效能得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者置管并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医健康教育可以提高中心静脉置管患者自我管理能力,具有重要的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the influence of health education on self-management ability of patients with central venous catheter. Methods 134 cases of chronic liver disease treated with CVC from June 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional health education while the observation group was given nursing mode with TCM health education on the basis of the control group. The scores of self-efficacy, nursing satisfaction and complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results After 4 weeks of TCM health education, the self-efficacy score for observation group were higher than that for control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Patients＇ satisfaction on nursing observation group were higher than that for control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications for observation group were lower than that for control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM health education can improve the self-management ability of patients with central venous catheter, which is of important clinical promotion value.
