摘要
美国有着培养全科型小学教师的传统,这一传统折射出其注重"博雅教育"、实施"包班教学"的理念。以此为背景,本文选取荣林斯学院作为研究个案,探讨了美国全科型小学教师培养的课程制度和实习制度,对其实践模式进行了深入分析。研究发现,是否培养全科型小学教师取决于现实的教育需求,关键在于提升未来教师的教学效能;小学阶段的教师培养更需要关注"实践性知识"的养成,要强化"师范性"科目的学习;小学阶段的教师培养更注重职业技能的养成,这是帮助未来教师胜任小学教学的关键。
The article elaborates the historical tradition of initial teacher education in the U.S of America, and analyzes the basic ideas for preparing Generalist teachers. Take Rollins College as a case, the article studies the curriculum design and teaching practice in teacher education program in the U.S. The successful experiences of Rollins College inspire us that we need to deal with several relationships between separated discipline and multi-discipline, academic character and educational character, education professional knowledge and professional skills.
