复方丹参滴丸治疗慢性心功能不全临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency

目的观察复方丹参滴丸治疗慢性心功能不全的效果。方法收集2010--2015年沈阳市和平区中心医院收治的慢性心功能不全患者130例，随机分为观察组和对照组各65例。观察组加用复方丹参滴丸，对照组加用硝酸异山梨酯片，比较两组心脏超声检查结果。结果治疗后观察组各心功能指标改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗心功能不全疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on chronic cardiac insufficiency. Methods One hundred and thirty eases of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency in Central Hospital of Heping District of Shenyang from 2010 to 2015 were collected and divided into observation group and control group at random with 65 eases in each group. The observation group accepted compound Danshen dripping pills, while the control group accepted isosorbide dinitrate tablets additionally. Cardiac ultrasound results of two groups were compared. Results The improvement of indexes of heart fimction of observation group were better than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The compound Danshen dripping pills has a definite curative effect on chronic cardiac insufficiency and is worth promoting and applying.
