护理干预对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Nursing Interventions on Life Quality of Patients with Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的探讨护理干预对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（SAHS）患者生活质量的影响。方法收集2014—2015年沈阳市胸科医院社区服务中心收治的SAHS患者43例，给予综合护理干预，比较干预前后患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷（PSQI）、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表（ESS）和Calgary生活质量调查问卷（SAQLI）评分变化。结果经护理干预后，PSQI问卷、ESS量表和SAQLI问卷得分与干预前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预可以有效提高SAHS患者的生活质量，日常护理工作中应予以重视。

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing interventions on life quality of patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （SAHS）. Methods Forty-three cases of patients with SAHS in Community Service Center of Shenyang Chest Hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected and the patients accepted nursing interventions. The scores before and after interventions were compared with Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI）, Ep-Voss sleepiness scale （ESS） and sleep apnea quality of life index （SAQLI）. Results The scores of PSQI, ESS and SAQLI after interventions were better than those before interventions, and the differences were of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions can supposed to be paid full attention to in daily nursing works.
