早期胰岛素泵强化治疗对不同病程2型糖尿病的影响

Influence of Early Intensive Treatment with Insulin Pump on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Different Courses

目的探讨早期胰岛素泵强化治疗对不同病程2型糖尿病（T2DM）的影响。方法选择20142015年盘锦市中医医院收治的T2DM患者90例，依据患者病程分为观察组42例和对照组48例。两组均接受胰岛素泵强化治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、C肽、糖化血红蛋白、D细胞功能指数改善率和胰岛素抵抗指数改善率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论T2DM患者应该早期接受胰岛素泵强化治疗，以期最大程度改善胰腺功能。

Objective To discuss the influence of early intensive treatment with insulin pump on patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus （T2DM） at different courses. Methods Ninety cases of patients with T2DM in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Panjin from 2014 to 2015 were collected and divided into observation group （42 cases） and control group （48 cases） according to the different courses of disease. Two groups both accepted early intensive treatment with insulin pump, and the curative effects were compared. Results The FPG, 2hPG, c-peptide, HbAlc, improvement rate of Homa-~ and improvement rate of Homa-IR of observation group were all better than those of control group, and the differences were of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with T2DM should accept early intensive treatment with insulin pump to improve the pancreatic function maximally.
