本文介绍了国内外主要的炼油行业评价体系,对评价体系的框架、评价指标和计算方法进行了介绍,并对评价体系的特点进行了分析。在分析国内现有评价体系存在不足的基础上,综合国内外评价体系和具体指标,提出了一套更全面、合理、有效的评价体系,供国内炼油企业和相关咨询机构参考。

Benchmarking systems of refining industry used by both Chinese and foreign companie sare introduced in this article. The framework, benchmarking indexes, and calculation method of those benchmarking systems are elaborated, and characteristic of each systems is analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of benchmarking systems used in China, compounding the framework and indexes of both Chinese and foreign benchmarking systems, a more comprehensive, reasonable, efficient benchmarking systems is brought up, which can be used as reference for Chinese refining companies and consulting institutions~
