网络政治的日益兴起给党群关系带来了新的机遇和挑战。互联网时代,人民群众的网络政治参与越来越积极,促使中国共产党必须从沟通能力建设、监督制度建设、工作机制建设、技术支持建设等方面入手提高党员干部运用互联网进行党群沟通的能力;健全网上舆论引导机制,引导有序政治参与;逐步实现网上党群沟通常态化;以信息扶贫+多元化沟通渠道共同发力促进社会民主政治进步等方面,不断探索党群沟通新途径,进一步密切党群关系。
