The realization of the economic value of human capital is an imporatan subject in the study on enterprise,while a thorough and proper realization of the various characteristics is the premises of the discussion of the realization of its economic value.The paper first explains the characteristics of human capital and then with this as a basis,the paper explains the way of realizing the economic value of human capital and analyses the requirement relevant to the arrangement of enterprise system.
