摘要
目的:探讨不同MRI序列对各期脑实质型脑囊虫病的显示优势。方法:搜集209例不同病理时期的脑实质型脑囊虫病患者的临床及影像资料,分别统计并比较快速小角度激发反转恢复(FLAIR)T_1WI(T_1-FLAIR)、快速自旋回波(FSE)T_2WI(T_2-FSE)、T_2-FLAIR、自旋回波(SE)T_1WI(T_1-SE)增强扫描及DWI对脑囊虫病不同病灶的检出率。结果:脑实质型脑囊虫病的各病灶中,囊泡在T_2-FSE上检出率(96.05%)最高;头节在T_2-FLAIR(97.01%)上检出率最高;灶周水肿在T_2-FLAIR上检出率(98.02%)最高;肉芽肿在T_1-SE增强扫描上检出率(95.10%)最高;钙化在T_2-FSE上检出率(69.92%)最高。结论:各期脑实质型囊虫病变在MRI不同序列图像上各有其显示优势。
Objective:To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in detecting the different stages of neurocysticercosis.Methods:The clinical and MRI data of 209 patients with neurocysticercosis were collected,and the lesion detection rate with various MR sequences including FLAIR-T_1 WI,FSE-T_2 WI,FLAIR-T_2 WI,DWI and contrast-enhanced scan was analyzed.Results:The highest detection rate of different neurocysticercosis lesions was found in different MR sequences:detection rate of vesicular lesion was 96.05% on FSE T_2 WI,detection rate of cephalomere was97.01% on FLAIR T_2 WI,detection rate of edema was 98.02% on FLAIR T_2 WI,detection rate of granuloma was 95.10%on contrast enhanced image,and detection rate of calcification was 69.92% on FSE T_2 WI.Conclusion:Different MR sequences showed varied advantages in detection of different stages of neurocysticercosis.
