摘要
提出了基于冲杆式开关和气动式挤出沉积成型技术的快速成型蜡模系统。以精密铸造用的石蜡为实验原料,运用控制变量法研究了喷嘴直径、喷嘴温度、基板的运动速度、系统背压等关键工艺参数对沉积成型过程及最终成型质量的影响规律;运用Ф0.3mm孔径的喷嘴进行了线性图案沉积和简单实体堆积实验研究。结果表明:冲杆式和气动相结合的挤出沉积成型蜡模系统挤出成型过程稳定、可控、成型能力较强,可用于成型工业上熔模铸造用的蜡模。
Based on punch type switch and pneumatic type extrusion deposition technology,a rapid prototyping wax system is proposed.Since the extrusion deposition and forming process is uncontrollable by pneumatic extrusion molding technology,apunch type switch is increased in the system to realize controllable the extrusion deposition and forming process.Wax for precision casting was used as experimental material.Process parameters,such as aperture size of nozzle,nozzle substrate temperature,velocity,pressure,which have effect on the final forming quality,were researched.A linear pattern of deposition and the simple model accumulation of experimental study were carried out with the nozzle ofФ0.3mm.Experimental results show that the extrusion deposition and forming process is stability and controllable.So,the system can be used for forming wax in industrial investment casting.
