摘要
通过16mm口径气枪发射PTFE/Al圆柱破片碰撞靶板的试验和冲击压缩的理论分析,研究了该材料在冲击条件下的反应阈值。实验中,通过4种试样长度、不同发射速度以及2024铝、45号钢和LDPE这3种靶板材料的组合,对比分析了碰撞应力和应变率对反应的影响,同时获得了PTFE/Al材料的冲击反应阈值。实验结果表明:碰撞应力和应变率均对PTFE/Al的冲击反应有影响,并且共同决定材料的反应情况;碰撞应力和应变率均高于临界值是PTFE/Al材料出现反应的必要条件。综合实验数据提出,PTFE/Al材料在本文所研究条件下反应的临界应力和应变率阈值分别为665 MPa和6 594s^(-1)。
Impact initiation threshold of PTFE/Al composite was studied through both impacting experiments of PTFE/Al sample rods via a 16 mm gas gun on the targets and theoretical analysis.The effects of impacting stress and strain rate on impact initiation were compared and investigated by combining four samples with different lengths,different impacting velocities,and three target materials such as 2024 aluminum,45#steel and LDPE,and the final impact initiation threshold was obtained.Experimental results show that the initiation of PTFE/Al composite can be affected and determined by both the impacting stress and strain rate.And the impacting stress and strain rate being more than a critical value is the precondition for impact initiation of PTFE/Al composite materials.Through experimental data analysis,the thresholds for impact stress and strain rate under current experimental conditions are 665 MPa and 6 594s^-1,respectively.
