经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的围手术期护理体会

Nursing management for elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures duirng percutaneous vertebroplasty

目的总结老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折围手术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析76例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床资料和手术效果,总结围手术期护理体会。结果术后76例患者疼痛均得到缓解,无严重并发症。患者术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于术前,椎体前缘高度较术前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折效果明显。完善围手术期护理工作,可有效缓解疼痛,减少并发症,促进患者康复。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures for elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods To retrospective collected the clinical data and operation results of 76 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,and to summarize the nursing measures during percutaneous vertebroplasty. Results The visual analogue scale（ VAS） on pain were decreased after operation compared with that before operation（ P〈0. 01）. All patients received an improved anterior vertebral height after operation（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion The percutaneous vertebroplasty is an effective way in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. It is required to enhance the perioperative nursing work,in order to reduce the risk of complications and improve the rehabilitation.
