摘要
目的探讨优化在岗培训在提升新入职护士职业能力中的应用效果。方法利用微信、QQ等公众平台软件,对38名新入职护士实施线上培训和线下实境考核,比较培训前和培训后12个月新入职护士三基理论、护理操作、临床实境的掌握情况。结果培训12个月后新入职护士三基理论、护理操作、临床实境考核合格率分别为100.00%(38/38)、94.73%(36/38)、89.47%(34/38),高于培训前的68.42%(26/38)、63.16%(24/38)、23.68%(9/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论注重新入职护士岗位胜任力的培养,优化在岗培训方法,有助于新入职护士职业能力的提升。
Objective To investigate the optimized on-the-job training on improvement of vocational ability in newrecruited nurses. Methods A total of 38 newrecruited nurses received online training and offline test by using public platform software such as Wechat and QQ. The outcomes of assessment on "three basic"nursing theories,nursing operations and clinical practice were compared before training and 12 months after training. Results The qualified rate of assessment on "three basic"nursing theories,nursing operations and clinical practice was 100. 00%( 38 /38) 、94. 73%( 36 /38) and 89. 47%( 34 /38) after training respectively,which were higher than 68. 42%( 26 /38) 、63. 16%( 24 /38) and 23. 68%( 9 /38) before training,with significant difference( P〈0. 01). Conclusion It is required to enhance the post competence and optimize on-the-job training methods,for the purpose the vocational ability improvement.
