摘要
在网络平台创业日渐繁荣的商业背景下,基于现有创业能力理论,提出了网络平台创业能力的二阶结构维度模型。在此基础上,结合电子商务创业者及专家的半结构化访谈,从自我评估的视角设计了初始量表,并对预试结果进行了高低组值独立样本t检验、总分相关性及同质性检验,从而修正并形成了包含37个题项的正式量表。基于该量表,该研究分别进行了探索性因子分析(EFA)及验证性因子分析(CFA),最终构建了包含创业机会能力、创业管理能力、创业技术能力、创业可持续能力4个高阶因素及11个低阶因素的维度模型及测量量表,以期应用于网络平台创业者的能力评估及开发研究。
Under the background of the growing network platform entrepreneurship, this paper puts forward a two-dimensional model of network platform entrepreneurial competence based on existing en- trepreneurship theories. Based on it, the paper designs an initial scale from the perspective of self-assessment combining semi-structured interviews of e-commerce entrepreneurs and experts. Then the paper takes a pre-test. Through the t-test of independent samples of high and low value, and total score correlation test and homogeneity test on the pre-test results, a formal scale containing 37 questions is formed. Based on this scale, the paper conducts exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and finally constructs dimensional model and measurement scale, which contain 4 high-order factors (entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurship management, entrepreneurship technology, and entrepreneurship sustainability) and 11 low-order factors, for the pur pose of ability evaluation and development research of network platform entrepreneurs.
