职业生涯规划视阈下大学生就业问题探析

A Study on College Students' Employment Difficulty in Prospective of Career Planning

造成大学生就业难的原因是多方面的,职业生涯规划是一个值得关注的重要因素。从职业生涯规划视角看,其课程体系不完善,师资力量不强,学生参与职业生涯规划的主观能动性较差,职业目标不明确等都造成大学生就业难。为了解决大学生就业难的问题,就要加强职业生涯规划的师资力量,优化课程设置,大学生要积极开展职业生涯规划活动,提升实践能力和社会适应能力。

There are a variety of causes of college students＇ employment difficulty, while career planning is an important factor that deserves attention. From the perspective of career planning, the author finds that career planning curriculum system is imperfect, the teachers＇ strength is not strong and the students＇ subjective initiative of participation in the career planning is poor, career goals are not clear and so on,which causes college students＇ employment difficulty. In order to solve the problem of college students＇ employment, we should strengthen the teachers of career planning and optimize the curriculum,while college students should actively carry out career planning activities, enhance practical ability and social adaptation ability.
