摘要
某民国建筑(始建于1937年),因故进行了加固、平移。首先调查了加固、平移情况,然后进行了现场结构布置等必要的检测、检查。在上述基础上按现行GB 50292-2015《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》进行了安全性鉴定,并简要分析了耐久性和抗震性能。
One construction in period of Republic was founded in 1937, which was strengthened and moved recently for various reasons. The general situation was investigated and the structure such as structural arrangement was checked and tested. Its safety performance was appraised on the base of investigation, data collection, local check and test according to current GB 50292 2015 ＂Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings＂ in this paper.
