大型电机轴承发热故障诊断与处理

摘要 针对大功率电机,在空载试运行时,轴伸端轴承发热,如何达到降温的目的,使电机能够正常运行,先绘制零件图和总装配图,再在电子图版上组装,使转子铁芯轴向中心线与定子铁芯轴向中心线重合。发现转子轴部分与其它部件有的形成重叠,有的形成空缺。将有问题的地方加工修正,从而使电机轴承温度下降,运行平稳。 Aiming at the high-power motor, the paper discusses the bearing heating related subject. When the bearing running in the no-load test, the shaft end is heated, how to achieve the purpose of cooling, so that the motor can run normally. Firstly, drawing parts and assembly drawings according the parts ^physical dimension, then assemb-ling them on the electronic version with CAD system, making the centerline of both rotor and stator in axial direction coincides with each other. It is found that the rotor shaft part and other part of the unit partially overlapped and par-tially gaped. Correct the fault part, making the motor bearing temperature decreased, motor normal running ensured.
