摘要
针对永磁电机和开关磁阻电机的缺点,提出兼具永磁电机和开关磁阻电机优点的永磁磁阻双转子电机。通过研究永磁磁阻双转子电机的结构和工作原理,推导了主要电磁参数的相互关系,确定了对永磁磁阻双转子电机性能影响较大的参数,针对这些参数,利用有限元法进行了参数分析,完成了永磁磁阻双转子电机的主要参数设计。分析结果表明:极槽配合和极弧系数是影响内电机性能的主要参数,而定子绕组安匝数则是影响外电机性能的主要参数,依据这些分析结果,可确定能够充分发挥永磁磁阻双转子电机优点的设计参数。
Considering the advantages and disadvantages of permanent magnet machines (PM) and switched reluctance machines (SRM) , the dual-rotor permanent magnet reluctance machines (PMR) which has the advantages of both PM and SRM. Through the study on the structure and the principle of PMR, the relationships between the electromagnetic parameters are deduced and the parameters, influences on the performance of PMR are illustrated. The finite element method is used to analyze these parame-ters that have major influence on the performance of PMR The analysis results indicate that the pole/slot combination and polearc coefficient are the main influences on the inner machine performance, while the winding turns is the main influence of the out-er machines performance. Furthermore, the design parameters that can take full of advantages of PMR are determined by the analysis.
