云南省中高职衔接存在问题及对策

Analysis on Problems of Cohesion between Secondary and Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan Province and Its Countermeasures

中高职教育的衔接是建立现代职业教育体系、服务经济发展方式转变的必然要求,也是实现职业教育培养技术技能应用型人才社会功能的关键环节。云南省在实施中高职衔接过程中存在转型慢、定位难、管理机制不健全以及培养目标、课程体系不衔接等问题。建议通过政府统筹引导、建立健全管理体制机制、强化沟通协作等措施不断完善中高职衔接体系。

Cohesion between secondary and higher vocational colleges is the requirement of establishment of modem vocational education system and the transformation of service economy development patterns. It is the key part to realize the social function of vocational education in cultivating talents with application skills. In the process of transition and the implementation of cohesion between secondary and higher voca-tional colleges in Yunnan province, there are many problems were shown as following： slow speed, diffi-cultly positioning, unsound management mechanism, as well as incompatible training objectives with cur-ricula system, and so on. It is recommended to improve cohesion between secondary and higher vocation-al colleges through government guiding, establishing and improving of the management system and mecha-nism and strengthening communication and collaboration.
