摘要
分析云南省30所高职院校的培训教师调查问卷,发现:教师对自身发展的认知呈多样化;部分高职院校已设置教师发展机构并有相关政策;青年教师是院校关注的重点群体;高职院校教师接受教师培训数量和效果较为可观。存在的问题:教师的内在发展诉求与外界提供培训在内容与形式方面存在偏差;到企业进行实践能力提升和锻炼的教师数量不多;教师在开发新技术和产品方面与企业合作不多。为此提出加强培训单位与培训对象间的联系、搭建校企合作平台,为高职教师提供较多的实践锻炼机会、增强学校与企业间的交流与合作等建议。
This paper analyzes the questionnaire of training teachers in 30 higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province, and finds that teachers, cognition of their own development is diversified; teacher de-velopment mechanism with relating policies have been established in some vocational colleges; the devel-opment of young teachers is the focus of higher vocational colleges; the number of teachers receiving training is considerable and the effect of training is good in higher vocational colleges. In terms of content and form, the teacher’s inner development demands and external training have deviation; the number of teachers who go to company to carry on the practice ability is small; the cooperation between teachers and companies in the development of new technology and products is not too much. Therefore, the paper puts forward to strengthening training the link between the training unit and the training object, building school enterprise cooperation platform between the school and enterprise, providing more practical train-ing opportunities for higher vocational college teachers, enhancing the exchange and cooperation between schools and enterprises, and so on.
