摘要
近年来,高职生源质量下降、数量锐减,学生差异化现象越来越明显,以教师为主体、一刀切式的传统教学模式已经不能满足当前高职教学要求。分层教学模式能够做到以学生为主体、因材施教,充分发挥学生特长,发掘学生潜力,具有较高的理论价值和推广空间;但分层必须科学、合理,才能取得较好效果。
There is a tendency that students in higher vocational college are declining in quality and de-creasing in the number in recent years, and students become more and more different. Nowadays, the traditional teaching mode centering on teachers and its “ one- size- fits- all” style, has been unable to meet the requirements of current higher vocational teaching. However, hierarchical teaching model can focus on students, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, give full play to students^ specialty and tap the potentialities of students. It has a higher theoretical value and bigger promotion space. But the hierar-chy must be scientific, reasonable in order to achieve better results.
