超媒体技术在档案管理中的应用

The Application of Hypermedia Technology in the Archival Management

随着计算机、网络媒体等现代化信息通讯技术的发展,档案管理中也逐渐引入新的数字化技术。超媒体技术集各种多媒体元素与网络技术于一体,可以有效地促进档案管理的数字化、信息化、智能化,提高档案管理水平。从档案管理的现状出发,论述了档案管理中超媒体技术的应用,以期对现阶段的档案管理起到一定的积极作用。

With the development of modem information and communication technology like computer and network media, gradually the new digital technology is also introduced in archives management. Hyper-media technology, combining together with the various elements of multimedia and network technology, can effectively promote digitalization, informatization and intelligence of archival management, thus im-proving archival management. Based on the present situation of archival management, this paper discus-ses the application of hypermedia technology in archival management, in order to play a positive role in the archival management at present.
