摘要
目的:通过研究集体幸福感,编制了《大学生的集体幸福感量表》,描述了大学生集体幸福感的总体特点。方法:采用自编《大学生集体幸福感量表》对506名大学生进行测量和分析。结果:《大学生集体幸福感量表》有集体快乐感、集体自尊感、归属满意度三个维度,该量表具有良好的信效度;是否是学生干部的集体幸福感及各个维度上存在显著差异,不同生源地的集体幸福感及各个维度上存在显著差异,不同年级的学生集体幸福感及各个维度上存在显著性差异。
Objective: by exploring the college students'collective well- being, the College students Collective Well-being Scale were developed. Methods: 506 college students were measured in Collective Well- being for College Students Scale. Results: the survey showed that there were three dimentions of in the Collective Well- being for College Student Scale: collective well- being,collective self -esteem, and belonging satisfaction. There are someobvious differences existing between student cadres and students, and in their different residency and differentgrades.
