摘要
借助三个维度的六个计量指标,分别从四川货物贸易、四川服务贸易和四川对外贸易三个方面定量分析2011-2015年的四川对外贸易竞争力。实证表明,这一时期,四川对外贸易规模较小,对经济增长的促进作用有限,比较优势不明显,其竞争力因而非常弱,亟待培育和提高,而融入"一带一路"建设、建设四川自贸区、发展服务业并优化服贸结构则是培育四川对外贸易竞争力的主要途径。
The development of Sichuan's foreign trade has slowed down in recent years. The key to solve this problem is to enhance its competitiveness.With six measurement indicators of three dimensions, the competitiveness of Sichuan's foreign trade in 2011 -2015 is analyzed quantitatively from three aspects of the goods trade,the service trade and the foreign trade of Sichuan. The empirical results showthat, inthis period, the scale of Sichuan’s foreign tradewhose comparative advantage isn’t obvious is so small that it has little effect on Sichuan's economic growth and the weak competitiveness needsimproved immediately. Therefore,the main ways to cultivate its competitiveness include integrating the Belt andRoad initiative, buildingSichuan Free Trade Zone, developing its service industry and optimizing the structure of its service trade.
