摘要
概述了利用激光焊接技术实现真空平板玻璃封边焊接;在试样切割后,利用显微镜获得了相应的金相组织图,分析了真空玻璃激光焊接的影响因素;通过更大倍数的电镜扫描,对结合面质量及相关制备工艺作了进一步的分析及研究。
Using laser welding technology, we achieved a vacuum plate glass edge banding welding; after cutting the specimen, using microscopy to obtain the corresponding metallographic organization chart,we analysed the influence factors of vacuum glass laser welding; through greater multiples of scanning electron microscope ( SEM),we made the further analysis and research on the binding surface quality and its prepara-tion.
