分析强心利尿合剂在慢性心功能不全患者治疗中的临床效果

To analyze the clinical effect of strong diuretic mixture in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure

目的:分析强心利尿合剂在慢性心功能不全患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:将2015年2月至2016年4月到我院心血管内科治疗慢性心功能不全的84例患者作为研究对象,并分为研究组和对照组各42例;对照组给予常规血管扩张剂、抗感染及一般利尿剂治疗;研究组在基础治疗的同时利用强力利尿合剂代替一般利尿剂进行治疗,对比分析治疗效果。结果:研究组患者所有指标明显优于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将强心利尿合剂用于治疗慢性心功能不全患者临床效果好,患者恢复情况好,值得临床推广运用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of strong cardiac diuretic mixture in the treatment of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods：From February 2015 to April 2016 to the cardiovascular department in our hospital for treatment of 84 cases of chronic heart failure patients as the research object,and divided into study group and control group with 42 cases in each group;the control group was given conventional vasodilators,anti infection and diuretic treatment;study group based on the use of strong diuretic mixture instead of diuretic treatment,compared treatment effect.Results：All the patients in the study group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is good to use the strong diuretic mixture in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with good clinical effect,the patient is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
