摘要
目的:探讨Foley导尿管在足月引产促宫颈成熟中的应用价值。方法:对我院80例足月引产产妇宫颈评分<6分者予Foley导尿管进行宫颈扩张,记录妊娠结局。结果:80例产妇中,70例评分均≥6分,11例自然临产,10例评分<6分,均予缩宫缩引产。结论:Foley导尿管在足月引产促宫颈成熟的作用显著。
Objective：To discuss the application value of Foley catheter in induction of full term pregnancy to promote cervical mature.Methods：80 cases of full term induced labor maternal cervical with cervical score6 were given Foley catheter to expansion cervix.Results：Among 80 cases,cervical score of 70 cases was≥6,11 cases natural labor,others＇ s score was6 and given oxytocin.Conclusion：Foley Catheter in full-term induced labor to promote effect of Cervical mature significantly.
