互联网文化产业伦理伴随着互联网文化业态的发展而出现,在产业发展中发挥着规范产业行为的作用。互联网文化产业发展中出现的道德失范现象,如产业垄断、圈地运动、侵犯知识产权、干预消费者选择、危及隐私安全等,制约着产业的快速健康发展。从产业伦理建构的角度来看,道德失范现象的出现与技术伦理、文化伦理、产业伦理包含的内在矛盾与冲突密切相关。在各种复杂的社会关系中,情境主义的伦理认识观是构建互联网文化产业伦理并对产业实践进行伦理评判的一条可以选择的路径。

In a variety of complex social relations, contextualism is one of the ways to build the Internet cultural industry ethics and assess the practical activities of the industry.
